I have been teaching instrumental music in Warren County since 1985 and have been the band director at Drakes Creek Middle School since its opening in 1988.  I have a Bachelor of Music and a Masters of Arts in Education from Western Kentucky University and was named Kentucky Music Educators Association, Middle School Teacher of The Year for 2006-2007.  I am a member of Rich Pond Baptist Church and I enjoy needlework, watercolors, movies, playing the flute, and spending time with my husband and three children.  And I love teaching middle school band!
