Mission Statement:

We Believe

All students must develop a deep understanding of essential knowledge and skills, as well as the capacity to apply their learning through reasoning, problem solving and the production of quality work.
All students are expected to achieve at the highest levels.
Teachers should utilize a variety of learning activities and instructional practices that are engaging, rigorous and relevant, as well as sufficient to meet the different learning styles of our students.
In order to support students’ self-esteem and academic success, our school must be a safe, comfortable environment, emphasizing positive relationships and mutual respect among and between students and staff.

The Mission of Drakes Creek Middle School is to provide an educational experience that will assure all students learn and achieve to the best of their abilities, as they become lifelong learners and productive members of society.
