Plano Elementary scheduled to open in 2007
| The latest construction project in the Warren County school district should help alleviate crowding at some Warren County elementary schools. Plano Elementary is being built on an 18-acre site in the Plano community. Plans call for the school to be open in time for the 2007-2008 school year. This new elementary school will serve students from kindergarten through sixth grade. It will be able to accommodate some 700 students, helping reduce enrollments at Rich Pond Elementary and other schools that have experienced explosive growth. This will be the 13th elementary school in the Warren County school district, which now serves more than 12,000 students. | ||
